The real challenge

Where marketing is key to building trust for coaches and education providers

Q

#01 Professional quality vs. a clear profile

The market for coaching, professional development and online courses has been growing for years. As a result, many offers sound similar: certified, practical, personalised. Prospective clients can hardly assess the quality before making initial contact. If the profile does not clearly show who an offer is intended for and what makes it special, they base their decision on price or brand recognition.

Q

#02 High investment vs. lack of security

A training course, a coaching programme or a seminar costs time and money. Before people book, they want to be sure that this investment is worthwhile. However, inconsistent presentation, unclear procedures and a lack of insight into the work involved can raise doubts. As a result, prospective participants either do not get in touch or cancel their booking.

Q

#03 A wealth of knowledge vs. a unified picture

Websites, Instagram, course materials, e-learning courses and learning apps are often created one after the other using different tools. Each element is fine on its own. Together, however, they do not present a clear picture. This makes even good knowledge seem harder to access, and prospective customers struggle to understand what the offering is all about.

Our response

With clear marketing, coaches and education providers build trust even before the first point of contact

R

A profile that stands out

Together, we’ll work out who your offering is aimed at, how you work and what sets you apart. This will result in a clear positioning and messages that potential customers will understand straight away. That way, the quality of your service is evident before anyone books.

R

A performance that inspires confidence

The corporate identity, website and documentation all follow a clear design philosophy. Content, processes and contact details are easy to find. Prospective customers can see at a glance what to expect and feel confident about getting in touch.

R

Knowledge that’s a pleasure to learn

We design course materials, workbooks, e-learning courses and learning apps that present content in a clear, structured way and encourage learning. Everything is designed in line with your brand identity, from the very first slide right through to the app.

R

Communication without pressure

Texts for websites and social media are open, calm and easy to understand. We avoid artificial scarcity tactics, exaggerated claims of success and high-pressure sales language. This is in line with your values and the rules that apply to many healthcare professions.

R

Experience gained at major agencies and with major brands

Our founder has worked for agencies such as MetaDesign, Publicis, frog design and GREY, and has managed accounts for clients including Siemens, Henkel and Fresenius University of Applied Sciences. Drawing on this experience and her network, she creates marketing solutions for coaches and education providers that immediately highlight their professional quality.

R

Values that we practise ourselves

The 2bu network is made up of creative professionals with their hearts in the right place. We are united by ethical conduct and respectful interaction on an equal footing, and that is precisely what makes working here a pleasure for everyone. This fair way of working together also includes fixed, transparent prices and reliable timetables.

What you get

Marketing for coaches and education providers can be both professional and personable

Many people aren’t looking for the most famous coach or the biggest academy, but rather a service where they feel understood. This decision is usually made on your website, which is why good web design for coaches and education providers is a central part of our work. Marketing for coaches and education providers brings this feeling to the fore even before the first consultation takes place: your skills, your personality and your values.

Who do you want to reach, and how do you want them to feel when they visit your website? Every project begins with this question, whether it’s for a Business coach, a therapeutic practice, Seminars and workshops or a Online courses on offer. This results in Corporate identity, website, social media and learning resources, ranging from workbooks to learning apps, which suit you and grow alongside your work.

Customer feedback

First-hand: what customers experience

„Sustainable branding isn’t just a green veneer, but a clear stance. This is where brands are created that not only make a visual impact, but also take on genuine responsibility and demonstrate a measurable impact.“

Anke Kühne
Managing Director | Estaverde

„Ethical brands don’t need flashy marketing; they need clear, honest language. When strategy, design and values align, genuine trust is built – and that’s exactly what lasts.“

Hannah Seward-Thompson
Sole trader | Mint Hedgehog

„Impact is created where branding does not merely sell, but brings about change. Sustainable brands in the property sector demonstrate that business and social responsibility are not a contradiction, but the very future.“

Source: Stanford University, Web Credibility Study 2002

of those surveyed say that trust in a brand is a decisive factor in their purchasing decisions. In coaching, therapy and education, trust is in fact the very foundation of the entire working relationship.

There were more coaches worldwide in 2023 than there were in 2019. There are now around 123,000. Having a distinctive online presence will help you stand out in this growing market.

Branding process

From Purpose to Presence in four phases

Our process leads your brand into six weeks from Purpose to Presence. Over four phases, a clear, actionable outcome is developed step by step: the first and last phases each last one week, whilst the two in between each last two weeks. Each phase builds on the previous one. At the end, you won’t be left with just ideas, but with a Ready-made, consistent brand foundation in hand – ready for action.

l

Strategy: Discover & Define

Once we have gathered all the relevant information, we carry out a thorough analysis. The aim is to truly understand the market and target audience before we develop the brand core, positioning and persona. We consolidate the results into a presentation, agree on them collectively and then translate them into a clear Strategy Guideline – as a robust foundation before the creative work begins.

Rough concept: Design

Now thinking becomes visible. Based on the archetypes from persona development, we use mood boards to discuss the atmosphere and style of the future brand identity. We then develop design routes as concrete creative directions. This phase is about establishing a clear direction and making selections – not yet about fine-tuning.

Detailed design: Develop

The chosen direction is worked out in detail here, and the system is made consistent. Components, variants, applications and details are refined and professionally prepared. This takes place internally, with a round of revisions. An idea is transformed into a robust, functioning system that can be implemented.

n

Realisation: Deliver & Document

This is where the branding is launched to the world: All assets are carefully developed and handed over; once approved, the brand is ready with logo, typefaces, colours, pictograms and illustrations are immediately ready for use. In the Design Guidelines , we establish clear rules for the system, explain how the building blocks interact and provide examples of their use – ensuring that the brand remains consistent, scalable and comprehensible in the long term.
