Our understanding
WordPress websites that turn visitors into leads
Your corporate website on sustainable business is more than just a shop window – it’s your digital home, where people can get a feel for what you stand for. Whether you’re a coach, a therapist with a strong ethos, a vegan café, a sustainable hotel or a producer with a green vision: Here, users are not just informed, but moved, inspired and connected.
With innovative web design, we showcase your brand clearly, honestly and authentically. Every page, every interaction, every click conveys your values, your quality and your ethos – and attracts exactly the right people for your project. This is how a visit to your website turns into a genuine enquiry, because people are not only convinced, but also engaged.

Weaknesses & Opportunities
Being online is the norm; the challenge is to make a convincing impression online with –
Unfortunately, this happens quite often
Rigid systems stifle any growth. Anyone who opts for a pure website builder will hit a wall every time they have a new requirement – a blog or online shop can often only be added by rebuilding the site from scratch.
Without a well-thought-out structure, visitors lose their bearings. Even an attractive design is of little help if the menus and content do not build on one another logically – in that case, visitors will look for the exit rather than the content on offer.
A uniform structure quickly leads to a uniform look. Whilst tried-and-tested UX patterns provide a functional framework, if the interface is copied directly from the template, every brand ends up being interchangeable.
Design without technology causes bugs – technology without intuition causes visitors to leave. Both factors influence whether a website loads quickly, runs smoothly and still makes visitors feel engaged and understood.
Here’s how we’ll sort it out
We’ve built scalability into our solution right from the start. WordPress powers around 41 per cent of all websites worldwide, whilst WooCommerce runs over 4.5 million online shops – you can add a blog or shop at any time.
A clear structure is the result of proven UX expertise. 38 per cent of users leave a website if the navigation or layout seems unclear – which is why we build every structure according to tried-and-tested UX principles.
UI design and tone of voice make all the difference. According to a Lucidpress study, a consistent brand presence boosts turnover by up to 33 per cent – we base our design and language directly on your strategy.
We offer design and development from a single source. 88 per cent of users do not return after a poor website experience – whether due to bugs or a lack of engagement makes no difference to them.
Project process
The three main phases: Research, concept & realisation
Every project follows a clear three-step process: Research, Concept and Implementation. We start by gaining an understanding, translate our findings into a viable concept and then bring it to life. Depending on the scope of the project, this process takes four to eight weeks – and culminates in results that work and can be put to use.
Research: Discover & Define
Discover and Define are combined here. Once we have gathered all the relevant information, we carry out an analysis. The aim is for both sides to reach a shared understanding of the direction we are heading in: in terms of content, visuals and strategy. The result is a clear concept before the design phase begins.
Concept: Design & Develop
First, the rough concept is developed in the Design phase, featuring initial layouts or sample visualisations. Once this presentation has been approved, the Develop phase begins: the design is worked out in detail, systems are refined and details are clearly defined. The idea is transformed into a robust, workable solution.
Implementation: Deliver & Document
This is where Deliver and Document are brought together. The individual deliverables are finalised and handed over. Depending on the project and requirements, templates are created, assets are incorporated, content is added, the work is produced or printed, and/or everything is set out in a set of guidelines. The aim is a ready-to-use, polished end result.

Who is this project suitable for?
The combination of WordPress and Divi is particularly well suited to individuals, start-ups and even medium-sized businesses.
The solution is scalable and flexible: websites with up to 100 pages can be easily expanded, and additional features such as a blog, online shop, etc. can be added at any time. This makes WordPress suitable both for getting started and for projects that are set to grow in the long term.
What will be used to carry out the project?
The websites are built using WordPress, one of the world’s leading content management systems. The technical foundation is the Divi Theme, which offers a high degree of design flexibility and can be expanded using a modular approach.
As well as blogs, small to medium-sized online shops can be set up in combination with WooCommerce. Other common payment methods can be integrated, as can members’ areas, booking tools or newsletter and marketing systems.
Who can edit the content later?
Practically everyone: Following the launch, a video call with screen sharing will be available, showing step by step how to edit content, update pages and manage the website.
Depending on the package selected, questions can be asked 1 week or 3 weeks after launch. Additional support can be booked at any time at an hourly rate of €80 net.
What additional costs are incurred?
The costs for domain and hosting are not included in the package. Depending on the scope, the monthly costs range from €10 to €40. Maintenance is also not included. Maintenance packages are available from €35.
In addition, optional add-ons can be booked, such as additional subpages, blog or newsletter set-ups, a WooCommerce shop or members’ areas.
What do I need before the project starts?
We actually need a branding strategy before we can move on to web design. This means we need the logo, a colour scheme and typography concept that visually represent the brand. A visual language and corporate icons are also useful.
What we do not necessarily need in advance are texts. These can easily be added later by you. Alternatively, we can create SEO-optimised texts based on a brand strategy.
The brand design, as well as the strategy and accompanying copy, can be booked as optional extras.

Initial consultation
Websites are rarely truly finished – which is why they should be able to evolve as they grow
Technical feasibility does not necessarily mean ease of use. WordPress websites for sustainable businesses combine both – thoughtfully designed and easy to maintain. This way, your website grows step by step alongside your business.
In a no-obligation, free initial consultation, we’ll explore together whether we share this vision. You grab a coffee; we’ll make sure to set aside plenty of time. The call is there to help us organise our thoughts, share ideas openly and identify what really matters for your project. Relaxed. Honest. With no pressure to decide.
It quickly becomes clear whether it’s a good fit – strategically, creatively and on a personal level.
If so: brilliant. If not: that’s fine too. Clarity is always a bonus.
