The real challenge
Where NGOs and animal welfare organisations are losing support without a clear marketing strategy
#01 Important work vs. complex messages
Your organisation knows exactly why its work is important. However, causes, contexts and projects can rarely be explained in a single sentence. So long texts, technical terms and a multitude of topics end up appearing on your website and in your leaflets all at once. People who don’t know you yet won’t grasp what you stand for quickly enough. People rarely support what they don’t understand.
#02 Attention vs. Shock and Feelings of Guilt
Many organisations are vying for the same attention. That is why some rely on striking images and urgent appeals. This sometimes works in the short term. In the long run, however, many people feel overwhelmed or pressured by this and turn away. This generates sympathy, but rarely a lasting connection to your organisation.
#03 Big tasks vs. small teams
Websites, social media, fundraising appeals, newsletters and information materials: communication never stops. In many organisations, however, just a few people take care of this on the side, often on a voluntary basis. Everyone designs things slightly differently and uses different software. This takes time and undermines trust, because the organisation’s online presence looks slightly different every time.
Our response
With clear marketing, NGOs and animal welfare organisations can gain genuine support

A message that everyone understands
Together, we’ll get to the heart of your mission: what your organisation stands for, what it achieves, and why that matters. This will result in clear core messages for all channels. That way, even people who don’t know you yet will quickly understand why their support is worthwhile.
Communication with Hope
We show what your support makes possible: rescued animals, protected habitats, and people with new prospects. We address problems honestly, but without pressure or making anyone feel guilty. This creates a bond that goes beyond a single donation.
Transparency that builds trust
People want to know what happens to their donations. We make your impact visible, with concrete figures, real stories and clearly presented reports. This enables your organisation to demonstrate that it deserves the trust of its supporters.
A system that even small teams can maintain
The logo, website, social media, leaflets, posters, fundraising appeals and annual report all follow a consistent style. With simple templates and guidelines, even volunteers can create content that looks exactly like your organisation’s branding.
Experience from major brands meets a sense of purpose
We have previously worked for major brands such as Henkel and Fresenius. Today, we deliberately apply our expertise to organisations that champion the causes of animals, people and nature.
Values that we practise ourselves
Our founder has been vegan since 2015. Fixed, transparent prices ensure that you can plan with confidence right from the start.

In figures
Why trust is now a decisive factor in the marketing of NGOs and animal welfare organisations
People in Germany trust NGOs. Globally, trust in business, governments and the media has risen recently, but trust in NGOs has not. Credible communication is therefore more important than ever before.
Source: Edelman Trust Barometer 2026
In 2025, people in Germany donated money, totalling 15.8 million. That is around 848,000 fewer people than in the previous year. Organisations must therefore act quickly to demonstrate what they stand for and what impact they have.
Civil society organisations in Germany rely exclusively on volunteers. A good website must therefore be simple enough for a small team to create the content themselves.
