Our promise

Social media: Eight reasons why we are the right partner

R

Social media with attitude

We make social media for brands that take responsibility seriously – not as a trend, but as a conviction.

R

We know your target group, because we are them

Sustainable values, a vegan mindset and ethical communication are part of our everyday life, not a briefing.

R

Experience instead of experiment

We work with existing structures and proven strategies, but consistently adapt content to each brand and target group.

R

Your branding instead of Canva kit

Each brand gets its own visual system – no interchangeable template content, but a clear, recognisable design.

R

Efficient templates with brains

We develop design and content templates that save time and still look high-quality.

R

Strategic content pillars

As communication experts, we know which topic formats build trust, create reach and have a long-term effect.

R

Planning instead of posting stress

We use professional tools to plan, structure and coordinate your content strategically and sustainably.

R

Also feasible for your team

On request, we create templates for laypersons – usable in Canva or PowerPoint, so that content can be maintained independently.

Our understanding

A social media strategy that turns followers into a community

Social media marketing for purpose-driven brands is not an end in itself. Rather, it is a space for genuine connection, trust and impact. This is exactly where we come in. Whether you’re a coach or therapist with depth, a vegan hotel, café or restaurant or a sustainable product brand: We develop social media presences that highlight values rather than chasing trends. Content that doesn’t shout, but resonates.

With a clear social media strategy for sustainable brands and well-thought-out content design, we tell your story in a way that reaches the right people. People who appreciate ethics. Who understand sustainability. And who prefer to stick around for the long term rather than scroll on quickly. The result: greater relevance, greater trust and a community that doesn’t just ‘like’ – but gets on board.

Customer feedback

Trust cannot be claimed – it can only be shared

„Katrin familiarised herself intensively with the area in 2010 and instinctively created series that she was able to implement with little manpower. Thanks to her creative input, we had more interactions than our face-to-face programme and the competition.“

Carsten Jekel
Head of Marketing | Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Distance Learning Programme

„Within a very short time, all channels were set up and used for the target groups. There were templates for every topic. Content was obtained consistently throughout the company and the strategic social media concept was implemented professionally.“

Director Export Sales | BKS

„With her flair for target groups, Katrin captured more than half of the leads through her content and social media marketing. She also successfully placed facebook ads with an incredible lead price of 12 cents for a distance learning programme.“

Regine Hömig
Dean’s Office Officer | Distance Learning, Fresenius University of Applied Sciences

Weaknesses & Opportunities

Posting is easy – finding the right content is the real challenge

Unfortunately, this happens quite often

Q

There are lots of posts, but they lack a common thread. A holiday post here, a Reel there, just because there was time. Each post looks good on its own, but taken together they don’t tell a story that anyone will remember.

Q

Values are mentioned, but not really evident. „Sustainable" and „conscious" appear in the bio, but are scarcely mentioned in the actual content. It remains unclear what the brand really stands for and why one should follow it.

Q

If reach drops, you simply post more often. Posting more frequently seems like the logical response to reduced visibility. More often than not, this just results in more work going to waste, without actually solving the underlying problem.

Q

Every channel is used simply because everyone else does it. Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok are all run in parallel, without knowing where your target audience is actually engaging. This takes up time that could be better spent elsewhere.

Here’s how we’ll sort it out

R

Strategy comes before content. Before we create the first post, we clarify our positioning, target audience and content pillars. On Instagram, the engagement rate is just 0.48 per cent, despite a high posting frequency.

R

Your values come to life – they’re not just claimed. We translate values into stories, language and images that truly reflect them. For 86 per cent of people, authenticity is the deciding factor in which brands they like and support.

R

We pay attention to the signs that aren’t immediately obvious. Visible comments are on the decline, whilst saving and sharing are on the rise. On TikTok, shared posts recently rose by 45 per cent year-on-year.

R

The channel follows the target audience, not the trend. We select platforms based on where your community actually engages. Smaller accounts achieve an average engagement rate of 14.78 per cent on LinkedIn.

Creative process

Perfect for every target group Concept, templates & guidelines

This process is tailored to the target audience: self-employed individuals who wish to implement the concept themselves can do so. Small and medium-sized enterprises that would like us to continue supporting them only need templates, whilst larger companies with an in-house team also receive guidelines which they can use to brief other service providers. Allow for approximately one week of research, two weeks for the concept, one week for the templates and two weeks for the guidelines. No matter which stage of the project you decide to leave at – you’ll get exactly what you need for your next step .

l

Research: Discover & Define

Each of our projects begins with a brief research phase. We review your information and data, gather inspiration and ideas, and compile everything into a mood board. For companies that entrust us with the implementation, this step is more streamlined than for teams continuing to work internally. We present the mood board to you and finalise it together with you – as a guide for the next steps.

Concept: Design

Based on the mood board, we create layouts and sample visualisations. We set these out in a concept presentation and discuss them with you – your feedback is incorporated straight away. Once approved, the concept is ready for implementation. Sole traders who wish to implement the concept themselves can use this as a basis to create their own templates and populate them with content.

Templates: Develop

For SMEs that entrust the entire implementation of the project to us, we create professional templates based on the concept, which enable us to continue working efficiently. We populate these with content in additional projects, finalise the designs and, where required, oversee them right through to production or printing. This creates a consistent, reliable workflow – from the initial idea to the finished product.

i

Guideline: Document

For growing companies with their own teams, we create templates in the previous step, which can be easily populated with content internally. At the same time, we document the system in guidelines, which ensure consistent application and long-term scalability. This results in a fully functional, clean setup that represents the brand clearly and reliably.

FAQ

Before you ask, we’ve already answered –

The most frequently asked questions are rarely the least important ones – which is why we answer them here openly and straight to the point. This will help you find your way around, understand our processes and plan your next steps realistically. If you still have any unanswered questions, simply book a coffee date with us – transparent, structured and on equal terms.

Who is this project suitable for?

This offer is aimed at solo self-employed individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises that work on ethical projects, sustainable products or purpose-driven services. This refers to businesses that want to take responsibility and make an impact – without making a fuss, but with a clear stance.

This format is particularly well-suited to people and brands that want to make a quiet yet powerful impact: through consistency, clarity and content that inspires and engages others. Not through pressure, but through persuasion.

What will be used to carry out the project?

The aim is to create clearly structured templates for recurring content series that are easy to customise and can be used in the long term. Depending on requirements, professional Adobe programmes such as InDesign, Illustrator or Adobe Express may be used; alternatively, easy-to-use PowerPoint or Canva templates are also an option.

The tool to be used is determined before the design phase begins. This ensures that the design, functionality and subsequent use are optimally aligned.

Who can edit the content later?

That depends on the programme you choose. Canva and PowerPoint templates are designed so that they can be edited even by people with no design experience. Adobe templates are aimed more at professional designers or marketing staff.

On request, a compact training course can be arranged. This ensures that the templates can be used efficiently and that content can be further developed independently.

What additional costs are incurred?

Anyone planning the content themselves should factor in any potential costs for planning or organisational tools. Alternatively, planning can also be carried out using free tools such as Canva or directly via the respective platforms.

If content planning is handed over to 2bu design, there are various service models to choose from. Projects benefit from our professional planning tools. Optionally, training courses on content planning or the use of templates can also be booked.

What do I need before the project starts?

The foundation for cohesive templates is clear branding and a well-thought-out brand strategy. Only in this way can colours, typography, tone and content interplay effectively.

This foundation ensures that the content aligns with the brand, reaches the desired target audience and maintains consistency over the long term. If this foundation is lacking, it can be developed either in advance or as the project progresses.

Initial consultation

Strategic social media offers more than just daily posts

Reach does not equal relevance. Strategic social media for discerning customers combines both – content that conveys your values, rather than simply seeking attention. This is how you build a community that follows your brand because they believe in it.

In a no-obligation, free initial consultation, we’ll explore together whether we share this vision. You grab a coffee; we’ll make sure to set aside plenty of time. The call is there to help us organise our thoughts, share ideas openly and identify what really matters for your project. Relaxed. Honest. With no pressure to decide.

It quickly becomes clear whether it’s a good fit – strategically, creatively and on a personal level.
If so: brilliant. If not: that’s fine too. Clarity is always a bonus.
