DJ Geffi & Z \u2013 Music meats Design<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The two DJs Geffi & Z live music \u2013 even though they do something completely different full-time. Their passion is the beats, not the office. That's why they wanted branding that would make their musical identity visible without them having to invest a lot of time themselves. 2bu design was given free rein by \u2013 with the brief: to develop a modern, musical and likeable image that would put them in a good mood straight away.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Branding with rhythm<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Music thrives on rhythm, excitement and emotion \u2013 - this is exactly what the new branding should convey. The aim was <\/span>visual sound<\/strong>, which reflects the personality of the two DJs: relaxed, professional, with a wink. The brand strategy is based on <\/span>Recognisability through symbolism<\/strong>, clear typography and emotional imagery.<\/span><\/p>\n

The new <\/span>Word\/figurative mark<\/strong> is musical, modern and minimalist \u2013 like the DJs themselves. The name <\/span>DJ Geffi & Z<\/em> provided the perfect template for a playful idea: <\/span>one line of music<\/strong>, which runs through all media as a graphic element. This makes the sound visible and gives the logo rhythm.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The idea of visualising our name DJ Geffi & Z as musical notes in the logo was simply brilliant. Instead of interchangeable stock images, we got illustrations that are really fun and perfectly reflect our identity. The cheerful motifs are not only absolute eye-catchers, but were also very well received by our customers \u2013 exactly what we wanted for our branding!<\/h3>

For flyers and social media we developed <\/span>customised illustrations<\/strong>, that appeal directly to young target groups. The characters are likeable, active and on the move \u2013 they convey lightness, fun and a party mood. This is clear at first glance: <\/span>It's all about music, emotion and energy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The illustrations also integrate <\/span>informative keywords<\/strong> to music styles and events \u2013 is a playful way of communicating content visually.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
