This ensures our texts remain easy to read. We always mean to include all genders equally.<\/p>\n<h4>Easily translatable into English<\/h4>\n<p>Our website is available in German and English. We use AI to translate the English version. Gender asterisks, colons and paired forms often lead to incorrect translations. This is another reason why we use a standardised form.<\/p>\n<p>Wherever possible, we opt for neutral wording.
