01 Getting to know each other over a coffee<\/h4>

Our first coffee meeting is a relaxed, no-strings-attached affair: we\u2019ll get to know each other and explore together where your project might be heading. Afterwards, we\u2019ll draw up a a suitable suggestion<\/strong> for you and we\u2019ll work through it with you. 03 Having a clear understanding of the process<\/h4>

We use three tried-and-tested processes for implementation: the one-off <\/span>Branding process<\/strong> for the development or redesign of your brand<\/strong>, the <\/span>Creative process<\/strong> for the design of touchpoints <\/strong>and the Project process for the implementation of projects<\/strong>. 02 Getting started with onboarding<\/h4>

As soon as the collaboration has been finalised, a <\/span>structured onboarding<\/strong> \u2013 \u2013 either in Notion or via Office, whichever you prefer. Here, we\u2019ll sort out any remaining questions and get started together. Research: Discover & Define<\/h4>

Each of our projects begins with a brief <\/span>Research phase<\/strong>. For companies that entrust us with the implementation, this step is more streamlined than for teams that continue to work in-house. We keep these in a <\/span>Concept presentation<\/strong> Finalise them and discuss them with you \u2013 \u2013 \u2013 your feedback is incorporated straight away. Once approved, the concept is ready for implementation.
