Branding process
From Purpose to Presence in four phases
Our process leads your brand into six weeks from Purpose to Presence. In four phases a clear, realisable result emerges step by step. The first and last phases last one week each, the two middle phases two weeks each. Each phase builds on the previous one and delivers a concrete outcome. At the end, you don't have ideas, but a Ready-made, consistent brand foundation in hand – ready for action.
Strategy: Discover & Define
After obtaining all the relevant information, we carry out a well-founded Analysis through. The aim is to, Market and Target group really understand before we Brand Core, Positioning and Persona work out the results. We bundle the results in a Presentation, and then translate them into a clear and coherent Strategy Guideline – as a reliable basis, before the creative work begins.
Rough concept: Design
Now thinking becomes visible. Based on the Archetypes from the persona development we discuss on the basis of Moodboards atmosphere and style of the future brand image. We then develop Design routes as concrete design directions. This phase serves to find a clear direction and selection – is not yet being fine-tuned.
Detailed design: Develop
The selected direction is shown here worked out in detail and the System made consistent. Components, variants, applications and details are refined and professionally prepared. This happens internally, with a correction round. An idea becomes a Robust, functioning system, that can be implemented.
Realisation: Deliver & Document
Here it goes Branding into the world: All Assets are neatly installed, handed over and after acceptance the brand is Logo, Fonts, Colours, Pictograms and Illustrations ready for immediate use. In the Design Guidelines we secure the system with clear rules, explain the interaction of the building blocks and show exemplary applications – this is how the brand remains consistent, Scalable and understandable in the long term.

Transformation process
Brand Transformation – from positioning to implementation
Our Brand Transformation Process is aimed at Companies with an existing brand, which is to be strategically developed further. In four phases – two for Brand Positioning and two for Brand Implementation – we sharpen profile, direction and appearance. Each phase lasts at least two weeks. At the end there is a sustainable, internally anchored brand, that can be implemented consistently.
Evidence-based brand insights: Discover

Creative process
Perfect for every target group Concept, templates & guidelines
This process adapts to the target group: Sole proprietor, who wish to implement the concept themselves can opt out after the concept has been finalised. Entrepreneur, who would like to continue to be accompanied by us only need templates and Company with internal team receive additional guidelines with which they can also brief other agencies. Depending on the project objective, this takes three to six weeks and provides exactly the depth required for scalable brand work.
Recherche: DISCOVER & DEFINE
Each of our projects starts with a short research phase. After gathering all the relevant information, we carry out an analysis and define the strategic direction for precisely this – project in terms of content and function. For companies that entrust us with the implementation, this is leaner than for teams that continue to work internally. The result is goals and guidelines that can be used as solid basis for the next steps serve.
Concept: Design
This step creates a Clear, realisable conceptMood boards, layouts and exemplary visualisations define the binding design direction. The aim is Concept presentation, which serves as the basis for realisation. After approval, the creative direction is finalised – Sole traders who want to realise their own projects, can create templates on this basis and fill them with content.
Templates: Develop
For Entrepreneurs who place the realisation completely in our hands, we work out the concepts down to the last detail. The results are professional templates, which we fill with content in additional projects, draw cleanly and, if required, accompany through to production or printing. The result is a Consistent, reliable workflow – from the idea to the finished result.
Guideline: Document
For Medium-sized companies with their own teams we already create in the previous step Templates, which can be easily filled with content internally. At the same time, we document the system in Guidelines, that ensure consistent application and long-term scalability. This creates a Fully usable, clean setup, that represents the brand clearly and reliably.

The three main phases: Research, concept & realisation
Each project follows a clear triad: Research, Concept and Realisation. We start with understanding, translate the findings into a viable concept and then turn it into reality. Depending on the scope of the project, this process takes four to eight weeks – and ends with results that work and can be used.
Research: Discover & Define
Discover and Define are bundled here. After obtaining all relevant information, we carry out an Analysis through. The aim is for both sides to have a common understanding of where they want to go: in terms of content, visually and strategically. The result is a clear idea, before design starts.
Concept: Design & Develop
Firstly, the Design the rough concept with initial layouts or exemplary visualisations. After the approval of this presentation DevelopThe design is worked out in detail, systems are sharpened, details are clearly defined. The idea becomes a resilient, realisable solution.
Realisation: DELIVER & DOCUMENT
Here are Deliver and Document brought together. The individual results are finalised and handed over. Depending on the project and requirements, templates are created, assets are drawn in, content is inserted, it is produced or printed, and/or everything is regulated in a guideline. The aim is Ready-to-use, clean end result.
